South Bay Sporty

I featured Tom Endres' Shovelhead last September. Here's his very special Sportster.
This bike has some real South Bay heritage. It once belonged to Ramon Noriega, Fats brother.

tom and kevin dealy ( arrow enterprises and rock and roll enterprises welding, ect); used to come up to visit a roomate of mine in santa barbara on salsupuedes st. he knew the south bay crew as they all water skied together in south bay . he had lost a leg in an accident in santa barbara and had a blue goosed neck sportster comissioned by kevin and i think most had a hand in it as he scored a major bit of $$ as a result the sportster went down a rattlecan barbcue black and came back a beautiful multicolored metalflake candy colored blue with the cartoon character "pogo" was on the tank as this was daves new knickname affectionatly given by the crew in southbay. kevin came up on a old ulh and tom was on the sportster. skip came up later on as well . good times ( i was only 20 then now im all grey). there are photos of dave and skip and somebody else with the blue sporty in front somewhere.
